The complete acquisition playbook built by a practitioner with 20 years of real deals.

Built for the serious buyer. Not the curious one.

This course is designed for people who are ready to move. If you recognize yourself in
one of these three descriptions, you are in the right place.

The Corporate Escapee

10–20 years in a corporate career. High earner, limited upside. You want ownership, autonomy, and wealth-building a salary cannot provide. You have the capital. You need the playbook.

This course gives you

The complete acquisition framework buy box to closing built for someone with capital and no prior M&A experience.

The Aspiring Owner

Done with startup failure rates. You want cash flow from day one, not year five. Ready to skip the proving-concept phase and buy something that already works.

This course gives you

The sourcing strategy, financial tools, and SBA financing framework to close your first deal even if you have never done one.

The Experienced Operator

You have run businesses before, but you have never done an acquisition. You need the M&A-specific framework: valuation, deal structure, SBA mechanics, and LOI strategy.

This course gives you

The deal-specific layer you are missing is financial analysis, LOI structure, due diligence, and the first 90 days framework.

Right for you if

You are willing to do the work. You understand that buying a business is a serious financial decision that requires preparation. You are ready to build a framework before you fall in love with a deal.

Not for you if

You are looking for a get-rich-quick shortcut, unwilling to evaluate a real deal, or expecting to close an.

By the time you finish, you will be ready to make an offer.

Not “sort of understand the process.” Not “have a general idea.” You will have a defined buy box, a vetted target list, a clear understanding of the financials, a lender relationship, and a deal-ready document stack. That is the standard this course is built to.

Corey Parchman

I didn’t learn acquisition in a classroom. I learned it by doing it for twenty years in real markets, with real capital and real consequences.
I started in real estate development in Central Indiana and noticed something nobody was talking about: the subcontractors, tradespeople, and small business owners who built these communities were getting older, and most of them had no plan for what would happen to the businesses they had spent their lives building.
That observation became an acquisition thesis. That thesis became CorePar Holdings, a multi year track record of finding, evaluating, financing, and operating businesses in Midwest markets where private equity does not typically go, and where the best deals are often hiding in plain sight.
Don’t Build It Buy It is the book I wrote from that experience. This course is how I teach it.

Results, not reviews

I had been thinking about buying a business for three years. After Module 4 alone I identified two add-backs in the seller's financials that the broker had buried. That one skill paid for this course a hundred times over.

📍 Identified $47K in legitimate add-backs. Closed first acquisition at recasted valuation.

Marcus T.

Former VP Operations, Indianapolis

The SBA module alone is worth ten times the price. I had no idea how to even talk to a lender before this. Now I have two preferred lender relationships and a deal in LOI. Corey teaches this the way someone who has actually done it teaches it.

📍 Built SBA lender relationships. First LOI submitted within 60 days of completing Module 5.

Danielle W.

Corporate Executive → First-Time Buyer, Columbus OH

I've read every EtA book, listened to every podcast. Nothing gave me the deal- specific, practitioner-level framework this course does. The Buy Box Builder alone changed how I look at every deal.

📍 Closed first acquisition (HVAC service company, $680K SDE) within 4 months of completing the course.

Former Army Officer, Louisville KY

A buyer purchasing a $1M business who invests $497 in this course is spending 0.05% of the acquisition it enables. One recasted add-back pays for this course entirely.

Not sure which tier? Start with Tier 2. The Deal Analyzer Pro Toolkit and Documentation Vault are what separate students who get to LOI from students who stay in research mode. The templates do the work you close the deal.

The questions that actually matter

Is this worth it if I do not have capital to buy a business yet?

Yes, and arguably this is the best time to take it. Most students who close deals in year one started preparation 12 to 18 months earlier. Understanding deal structure, SBA requirements, and financial analysis before you have capital is what puts you in position to move fast when you are ready.

How is this different from ETA content on YouTube and in podcasts?

Most acquisition content is taught by people who write about it, consult on it, or study it academically. This course is built on 20 years of doing it, real deals, real capital, and real consequences. Every framework has been tested in live market conditions. That is the distinction that matters.

How long does it take to complete?

Most students finish the core 8 modules in 3 to 4 weeks at a pace of 2 to 3 hours per week. You have lifetime access, so you can move at your own speed. Students actively working on deals often revisit specific modules, especially 4 and 6, multiple times during their search.

What if I get into a deal and get stuck?

Tier 2 and Tier 3 students have access to community and group calls where deal specific questions are answered. Tier 1 students can upgrade at any time. A 1 on 1 Strategy Session add on is available for any student who wants direct deal advisory from Corey.

Do I need to be in Indianapolis or the Midwest?

No. The framework works in any market where Boomer owned businesses are concentrated, which is most of the United States. The Midwest is used as a case study because that is where these deals were sourced. The principles apply nationally.

Is there a refund policy?

There is a 14 day refund policy for students who complete less than 25 percent of the course content. Students who do the work find value. The standard for this course is execution, not entertainment.

The businesses are there. The sellers are ready.

The buyers who do this work right now who build the framework, define the buy box, and move with intention will own things that others spend the next decade wishing they had bought
