Corey Parchman Former NFL Wide Receiver, Real Estate Developer, Author

Corey Parchman is a real estate developer, investor, and founder of CorePar Development. With more than twenty years of experience, he has led and delivered multifamily housing and other impactful projects in Indianapolis, including the construction of an elementary school and the conversion of a former high school into senior living homes. Corey has also built a diverse real estate portfolio across the Indianapolis and Miami markets.

Before entering real estate, Corey played in the NFL. While football provided discipline and structure, it was during that time that Corey developed a clear understanding of the importance of relationships beyond the field. He recognized early that long term success would not come from football alone, but from intentionally building meaningful relationships in business, finance, construction, and community leadership. Using the platform and lessons from the NFL, Corey began cultivating relationships outside of sports that later evolved into strong national and international business connections.
