About Corey Parchman

From Indianapolis to the NFL. From the boardroom to the delivery room. From the classroom to the keynote stage. Corey Parchman has never done anything halfway, and every chapter of his life proves it.

"My aim is to expand services more than laws."

Born in Indianapolis.
Built by Everything That Followed.

Corey Parchman was born and raised on the east side of Indianapolis, Indiana, the youngest of three children raised by Vivian Parchman.
That loss arrived without warning and without a roadmap for how a nine-year-old boy was supposed to carry it. What Corey did with that grief, how he transformed it into fuel, into purpose, into a standard he would spend the rest of his life trying to live up to, is the foundation of every chapter that followed.
He attended Indianapolis Public Schools and graduated from Manual High School, where he didn’t just play sports he dominated them. City champion in the 100 meter dash. Two-time Long Jump Sectional and Regional Champion. Two-time All-City and All-Conference quarterback. First Team All-State. District 7 All-Star. Selected as the starting quarterback for the South in the Annual Indiana North South All-Star Football Classic.
Indianapolis shaped Corey Parchman. But Corey Parchman shaped everything that came after it.

Investing in the Next Generation.

After everything the game gave him, Corey turned his attention to giving back not through a check, but through presence and infrastructure. He became a community educator and philanthropist, and founded two nonprofit preschools dedicated to changing the trajectory of children’s lives before kindergarten ever begins.
Mini Men Pre-K Leadership Academy and Pre-K University Academy both focus on delivering high-quality early childhood education while building leadership, confidence, and character development in young children from underserved communities.
Corey’s vision blends rigorous academics with social and emotional learning because he believes that a child who enters kindergarten knowing who they are is already ahead. His philanthropic work reflects the simple conviction that investing in early education is the single highest-return investment a community can make.
Corey was inducted into the Indianapolis Public Schools Hall of Fame the same school system that shaped him a full-circle recognition that is among the honors he holds most closely.
